It's hard to believe it's Christmas time already!
We normally like the be one of the first to wish you a Merry Christmas, but with the early campaign by retailers to start Christmas even before Halloween, we are not early anymore. Maybe coming to Buttermilk Farms will help you get in the spirit of Christmas. Please come and celebrate with us and cut your own tree on the farm just like the old days.
This year marks our 29th year in the Christmas tree business. We planted our first trees in 1982, and we still love to see families come to the farm and pick out that special tree.

Need a tall tree?

As usual, we will begin selling trees on the day after Thanksgiving. And we will also be open during weekdays in the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Since the volume of sales during weekdays will be relatively low, we ask that, if possible, you call and let us know you are coming (M-F 10 am - 4 pm). We will have regular hours on Saturday: 9 am to 5pm. And Free Hayrides and Hot Chocolate on Saturdays. As we did last year, we will be closed on Sundays. Since we are in the Christmas tree business, it seems proper to honor the ONE for whom we are celebrating by being closed on Sunday.
We hope this will not be an inconvenience to our loyal customers, but we are convinced that Sunday should be a day of rest and a day to honor God.
